Any stated price is indicative unless confirmed in a signed written agreement. Additional costs, taxes, legal fees, transfer costs, maintenance charges, service charges, resort charges or other fees may apply and may not be included in the headline price shown on the Website.

Any property purchase, reservation, ownership arrangement, rental programme, management arrangement, personal-use right or resort benefit may be subject to separate contractual documents and local laws, including laws applicable in Cape Verde and any other relevant jurisdiction.

If there is any conflict between these Website Terms and the terms of a signed written agreement relating to a specific property or transaction, the signed written agreement will take precedence for that specific property or transaction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your use applies to that use. Updates to these Terms do not amend any separate signed purchase agreement, rental agreement, management agreement or other contract unless expressly stated in that contract.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

The courts of Gibraltar will have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or other mandatory rules that may apply. Separate property purchase, rental, management or resort agreements may contain their own governing-law and jurisdiction provisions.
